Fresh Osechi—No Thawing Required
Unlike frozen osechi, Oritz Premium Osechi is offered as fresh osechi, or “Nama Osechi.”
Each dish is carefully vacuum-sealed to help preserve its freshly prepared flavor. No thawing is required—simply keep the dishes refrigerated and arrange them beautifully in the included Ojyu boxes to create an elegant New Year celebration at home.
Traditional Dishes Filled with Meaning
Osechi is more than a beautiful New Year’s meal. Each traditional dish carries a special meaning and represents a wish for the coming year.
Our selection includes Japanese New Year favorites such as Kohaku Kamaboko, Kurikinton, Datemaki, Kobumaki, Kuromame, Tazukuri, Kazunoko, Kohaku Namasu, and Nishime made with eight varieties of simmered vegetables.
The menu also features Gindara Saikyo Yaki—black cod grilled with flavorful Saikyo miso—along with Tataki Gobo, Kinpira Renkon, and grilled shrimp.
