Reservation Notes
Reservations for Oritz Premium New Year’s Fresh Osechi can be made through five methods: "Online Store," "Email," "Phone," "Fax," and "Mail Order." Please note that due to various circumstances, the OSHINAGAKI menu items or materials of the boxes may be subject to change. Changes to reservations, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for Fresh Osechi are not permitted, and your understanding is appreciated. As production is limited, please be aware that items may sell out before the order deadline.
Delivery Information
Delivery is scheduled to begin from December 27th, primarily through FedEx or UPS. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that delays may occur due to weather conditions or traffic situations. Notifications regarding delivery will be provided via email or phone. For updates on delivery status, please check with the respective delivery company.
- Prices include tax, shipping and handling fees. Additional fees may apply.
- Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery order and timing may vary due to factors such as Golden Week, Obon, holiday seasons, crop conditions, customs, quarantine regulations, shipping locations, and weather conditions. There may be instances where the same product cannot be delivered simultaneously, and we may not be able to accommodate specific delivery dates. Additionally, some products may not be deliverable to certain areas. For more details, please check the individual product pages.
- Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays and additional reshipping or rerouting fees. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses provided, so please verify all addresses carefully.
- Orders cannot be canceled or returned once processed. We pay close attention to the quality of our products; however, returns are generally not accepted (please refer to our return policy for more details).
- The quality and delivery of fruit products may vary due to harvest and/or weather conditions.
- Phone numbers of the sender and recipient(s) are required. Please provide your email address to receive shipment tracking information.
- All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Additionally, specific delivery times cannot be arranged for items shipped within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or GLS delivery schedule. Please check the delivery status using the tracking number provided after shipment.
- For shipments within the U.S., please note that items will be delivered to the front of the recipient’s home or to a delivery box, as direct hand delivery is not provided. If you encounter any issues with loss or damage to the items, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
- Wine deliveries may take up to 14 business days.
- Orders to Okinawa incur an additional shipping fee of $15 per item. Wine orders to Okinawa incur an additional shipping fee of $40 per item.
- We can not guarantee delivery on weekends or federal holidays.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Orders to Hawaii (Oahu only) and Alaska incur an additional shipping fee of $20 per item.
