This award-winning fresh soba comes as a set with Inaniwa Udon, nori and tsuyu dipping sauce so that you have all the ingredients to enjoy a staple Japanese noodle dish.

The fresh soba uses Japanese 50% buckwheat and 50% wheat flour for a smooth finish. Due to a special steam sterilization technique, the soba can be stored at room temperature while maintaining its freshness without preservatives.
Inaniwa Udon is a unique and regional udon from Akita Prefecture that is flattened by hand. Enjoy this udon that has been perfected by artisans for over 3 centuries, classified as one of the best 100 regional dishes by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture. Serve cold with our tsuyu dipping sauce and roasted nori for a refreshing summer dish.
