The Oritz Shop is excited to launch its new online shopping site on November 1st (Tuesday).

Due to the new website, there are some area that have changed from the previous online shop, therefore, we would like to inform you the changes as follows:

● Customer information on new site Due to the new website, registration will need to be created.

Login ID/Password

● Customer information (address, phone number, etc.)

● Delivery address information (name, address, phone number, etc.)

● Order history (orders before renewal)

● Request for member registration update Customers who were registered on our previous website will receive an invitation email from our new website on November 1st to re-register. Please update your registration information from our invitation email, including a new password.

When ordering: 

● Only one delivery address (recipient) can be ordered at a time or as one transaction. If you would like to send items to more than one recipient, please order separately.

About page URL: 

With the new website, some page URLs have been changed. If you have "favorite registration", please change the registration to the URL of the new page.
